Angles Lighting Composition in Photography Art
Photography is an art. It requires a method in which photographers use to create the perfect photo. Composition, lighting, location, angle and positioning are all part of the photography family which makes a photo stand out.
As a photographer, your job is to construct an image sort of like a manager for a football team or a concertmaster organising his violinists. In this photo, my job was to construct a run-away bride shoot. What did I do, well let me explain.
First of all, you need a good location. Finding a location which suits the models outfit really plays a part in the shot. With the model wearing a white wedding dress, a church, a victorian building or even a bridge suited this shoot.
Secondly, lighting played a major part in the photo. You can use an external flash light, umbrellas to soften the shot or even just natural light. However, you would have to be careful to not let any shadows effecting the image quality. Remember, having enough light means detailed photos.
Thirdly, Composition and angle. With the bride positioned in the arch, this was purely looking at the features around the church which ended in using the church door. The point being was that, using the church entrance door allowed the model to express her hands across the door way. This expressed her attitude.
When the shot was taken, their were some good shots which casted shadows. The use of softwares like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop really adjusted the original photo to what the above photo looks like now.
